What type of wood should i use to create animal statues with a dremel? - snow panda reproduction

I create small animal statues (perhaps from a height of 8.12 ")
Giraffe
-panda
Deer
Snow Leopard
Zorro

any advice would be appreciated this is my first time with a Dremel
